Directions
On leaving the Totnes office of Marchand Petit proceed along Station Road heading towards Dartington. At the first set of traffic lights turn left sign posted for Dartmouth and Kingsbridge (A381). At the next traffic lights turn right into Plymouth Road sign posted for Avonwick and A38. Proceed out of the town boundary. Pass the Harberton and Tigley Cross junction and after approximately 1 mile you will see the turning for Old Hazard on the left. Continue past this, the driveway for Hazard Hill View is the next turning on the left.
